There are no production XCIM Network services, so no production service incidents are recorded.

Publication process

Before public services launch, this page will define severity levels, acknowledgement targets, update cadence, affected-component identifiers, resolution summaries, and post-incident review rules. Security reports must use the separate security channel.

Machine-readable record

The current truthful record is available at incidents.json. An empty incident array means no recorded incidents; it does not imply that future services are available or risk-free.
