N0 is in development internally. Public network components depend on canonical protocol artifacts, shared test vectors and an inspectable resolver preview. Until those exist, registry, transparency, anchors and test-network routes remain unpublished.

Failure semantics

No unavailable component is treated as healthy. Once the network launches, missing fresh current state will return indeterminate rather than an assumed pass, revocation or forgery.
